1. Acceptance

By completing the registration form and paying the fee on this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register — you can simply close the page.

These terms apply to every seat in the Live AI Build Workshop run by DS Vignesh ("I", "me"), including future sessions run under the same page. Where a specific session announcement says something different from these terms, that announcement takes precedence for that session only.

2. What you are buying

You are buying one seat at a single live, approximately three-hour online workshop. Seats are limited so that I can answer questions as they come up, and the limit is stated on the booking page.

Your seat includes:

This is a teaching workshop, not a done-for-you service. I will teach you the process and hand you the files. Building, testing and shipping your own product remains your work.

3. Price and payment

• The fee is ₹399 (inclusive of all taxes) as an early-bird price for the first 50 seats, against a stated standard price of ₹2,999. The price shown on the booking page at the time you pay is the price that applies to you.
• When the early-bird allocation is used up, the price may rise. I will not retrospectively raise the price for anyone who has already paid.
• Payment is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, and no further payment is required to receive what is listed in section 2.
• Payment is processed entirely by PayU on their hosted checkout. I never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or OTP.
• Your seat is not confirmed until payment succeeds. Submitting the form without completing payment does not reserve a place, and I may release an unpaid seat after the allocation moves on.
• If you would like an invoice or GST details for your records, ask and I will provide them.

4. Refunds and cancellations

These are commitments, not options. Please read them as binding.

5. Rescheduling and session changes

• I may reschedule a session. Wherever practical I will give at least 24 hours' notice by email and WhatsApp to everyone registered.
• If you cannot attend a rescheduled date, your seat moves with you, or you may request a refund under section 4.
• If I have to add more sessions rather than reschedule, you get the choice of any date I run.
• Extra live Q&A clinics may be added for attendees. These are a bonus, not a guaranteed component of your fee, and I may limit them to manage time.

6. Your responsibilities

To keep the session useful for everyone, I ask you to:

• Attend live if you can, and be on time. The build is sequential — missing the first half makes the second half much harder.
• Type along rather than only watch. The errors you hit are the most valuable part.
• Treat other attendees decently. No harassment, no self-promotion in the chat, no recruiting participants for anything else.
• Not record or redistribute the live session, or share the materials with people who have not registered.
• Provide accurate contact details you actually check, because that is how your joining link arrives.

Recording the session without permission breaches these terms, and I will ask you to stop. Persistent disruption means I can revoke a seat without refund, because the session is unusable for everyone else.

7. Materials and licence

The code, prompts, checklist and playbooks I provide remain my intellectual property.

Note that AI-generated code can resemble publicly available code. I check what I show in the session, but I cannot warrant that any snippet is free of third-party licensing restrictions. Do not use anything commercially without a basic check.

8. No income guarantee

Any figures shown on the workshop page describe the market rates at which services like these are normally sold — they are not a prediction of what you will earn. They are there so you can judge whether the fee is worth it.

What you actually earn depends on your skill, the time you put in, the consistency with which you follow up, whether you actually finish and ship things, and the market you sell into. I cannot control any of those, and neither can anyone else selling a workshop.

Where I describe first steps, such as approaching a small business with a quote, that is method, not a promise. Follow my methods if you want to — but the outcome is yours, not mine. No figure on this site should be read as a forecast or a guarantee of earnings, and nothing in these terms creates one.

9. Third-party tools and AI output

The workshop demonstrates free tiers of third-party tools. Those tools are not mine, and I do not control them.

• Free tiers change. Limits, features and availability can change at any time without notice. The session is deliberately designed so the free tier is enough, but a provider removing a feature is outside my control.
• AI output is not guaranteed to be correct. Code and content generated by AI can be wrong, insecure, or incompatible. You are responsible for testing anything you build, especially before putting it in front of users or real data.
• Your accounts, your responsibility. Sign-up terms, acceptable use and data handling for those services are between you and the provider.
• I am not responsible for any loss arising from your use of third-party tools, or from a provider being unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for anything connected with this workshop is limited to the amount you actually paid me.

I am not liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data;
• business outcomes, earnings, or the success or failure of anything you build;
• your own choices about how to use the material, including deploying it without testing;
• third-party tool outages, pricing changes or account restrictions;
• failure of your own internet, hardware or email delivery.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or where Indian consumer law says otherwise. In particular, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected and nothing in these terms asks you to give up rights you have by law.

11. Termination

Either of us can end this arrangement by giving 14 days' written notice, and I will refund you for any portion of the workshop not yet delivered.

I may suspend or revoke access immediately, without refund, if you breach section 6 by recording the session, redistributing the material, or being disruptive to others.

If the workshop is cancelled outright and I cannot run a make-up, you get a full refund. That is not a termination by you, so section 4.3 governs it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.

I would much rather sort something out directly than go to court. So please message me first — I will respond within 3 working days and aim to resolve it quickly and fairly. If we cannot agree, either of us may proceed to the courts named above.
